Her kit is centered on repeated single-target pressure, self-sustain, and tempo gain through Extra Turns, so the best build is the one that helps her cycle skills as often as possible while keeping her alive long enough to snowball.

The first priority is simple: stack Crit Rate, Crit Damage, ATK, and Speed. Rhaia wants to hit hard, but she also needs enough turn frequency to capitalize on her extra-turn mechanics. In most builds, 100% Crit Rate is non-negotiable, followed by as much Crit Damage as your gear allows.
